100% of the software and key components are developed and manufactured in Germany. FENECON’s servers are also located in Germany. Our inverters are not connected to the internet; instead, they are securely linked via the FEMS box, which only communicates with FENECON servers. If desired, your system can also be operated completely without an internet connection.

Our award-winning OpenEMS-based energy management system FEMS is included with every Energy Storage System. FEMS intelligently controls, monitors, and optimizes your energy flows — operating autonomously without an internet connection if desired, or by default via our secure FENECON servers in Germany. Developed by our teams in Bavaria and, of course, in accordance with the highest data protection standards.
Included
Your storage system contains more than powerful hardware — it also houses the core of your energy management system. FEMS (the FENECON Energy Management System) is not an add-on; it is the intelligent control center that turns your storage system into a complete energy solution.
FEMS is fully integrated from the start: as a compact box inside your storage system and as a high-performance software platform that connects everything. The FEMS Basic Apps for grid-optimized charging and self-consumption optimization form the foundation and are already included free of charge.
Via online monitoring in your browser or through the app (Android & iOS), you can keep an eye on your energy at any time. Live data, clear analytics, and locally stored history provide full transparency. Your data is always protected through cyber security by design, German-based servers, and a development team located in Germany — naturally in accordance with German data protection and IT security standards.

All our Home models as well as the Commercial 50 & 100 are capable of providing backup power. In the event of a power outage, they automatically take over the power supply of the devices in your home or business – reliably and independently of the grid.

All FENECON Home & Commercial models rely on state-of-the-art LFP technology (lithium iron phosphate) – the ideal choice for indoor installations. This cell chemistry is considered exceptionally safe, as it carries virtually no fire risk. At the same time, it impresses with long service life, offering more than 6,000 full charge cycles and ensuring many years of reliable operation. In addition, it is cobalt-free, making it significantly more resource-efficient and environmentally friendly than many other battery technologies.
All models in the Home and Commercial series are not sold directly to end customers by us as the manufacturer, but exclusively through our wholesale partners and international country partners. These partners supply certified installers, who then plan and install the system at your location. Therefore, please request a quote directly from your installer.
